Kevin Rudd will be welcome on Queensland Labor's campaign path even if he contests but loses Monday's federal leadership ballot, Premier Anna Bligh states.
Mr Rudd is owing to reveal later on on Friday if he will go up versus Prime Minister Julia Gillard in following week's ballot.
